How to use ear candles at home?
Please read carefully the usage before you start.
it is advisable to do the treatment by a second person, (Do not use by yourself)
Subject to prepare: prepare a glass of water beside yourself. To watch out the flame for your hair.

Gather you need: ear candles, paper plate, matches, small scissors,damp/wet paper towel, cotton swabs, small hand mirrior,and a friend to help you.
1. Lie down on one side on the pillow.
2. Massage the ear area, to relax the nerve system.
3. Put 2 pieces of wet towel around the ear area on the pillow.
4. To prepare a piece of aluminum paper 15cm x15cm and stick a small hold for ear candle.
5. Stick the smaller hold into the aluminum paper about 5cm. ter ear passage.
6. Light up the longer end about 20 second
7. Gently put the ear candle with aluminum paper into the ear passage. you may need to pull the ear lope a little so that the candle fits gently into the ear.keep the ear candle at upright position.
8. The ear candles, when it burn down to 7cm at the most above the black line marking, carefully take it out from ear passage and put the ear candles in to the water.
9. Use the alcohol to clean the earwax in the ears.

Both ears should be treated, one after the other.
Keep out of reach under 15 age children and expectant mother.
